Guidelines to follow at the Park

Event
Organizing walks, workshops, interviews, or any similar activities in the park is prohibited without obtaining prior written authorization from park management.

The use of tripods, stands, props, decorations, or any type of setup is restricted in the park unless prior written permission is obtained from management.
TAKE NOTHING
Please leave the flowers and fruit for visitors to view and for the bees and the birds to consume.
LEAVE NOTHING
We will be grateful if you kindly carry your litter back with you.
TAKE A SELFIE
To make memories, do not scribble on the monuments. Anyone indulging in any vandalism of monuments will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Pre-wedding, post-wedding, portfolio shoot, baby shower or any type of shoot with props, etc. are chargeable – please check at ticket counter.
PATHWAYS
are for walking, not the grass. Help us maintain Sunder Nursery, walk on the pathways only.
PICNICS
are welcome in designated areas. Ask a guard to help identify these. No setup/décor are permissible.
HEALTH
for your health and ours, Smoking and alcohol is not permitted in Sunder Nursery.
ENVIRONMENT
Help protect the Earth, no single-use plastic is permitted at Sunder Nursery
FEEDING DOGS/ BIRDS/ SQUIRRELS/ FISH
only results in an ecological imbalance, food for vermin such as rats and pollution of the water bodies. No feeding is permitted here, instead please let us know if you would like to contribute to install bird feeders.
DOGS
are welcome, on leash and with owners willing to clean up after their pets.
WATER GARDENS
are for your viewing pleasure. As each water body has inbuilt electrical fittings, do not enter the water.
COOKING
and commercial catering for picnics is prohibited without exception. Please get your own tiffin.
FURNITURE
picnics on grass are welcome. Though plenty of benches are available, folding chairs for the elderly only are welcome. No tables, no décor or any type of setup please.
NO SPORTS
are allowed as Sunder Nursery is a leisure park like badminton, bat ball, football, frisbee, etc.
CYCLING
in permitted only on the peripheral road.
DRONE
Drone flying of all categories is not allowed in Sunder Nursery Park.
RESPECT
all National laws and rules of the Archaeological Survey of India.
Foreign National
Foreigners with Indian citizenship must carry Indian Aadhar card or Indian passport or If working in country consulate office must carry diplomatic Identity card to get the Indian national tickets.

Photography Guidelines for Visitors

DSLR photography is allowed for visitors in Sunder Nursery Park. However, the use of a tripod, any other prop, change of clothes, or photoshoot with the crew is permitted only under the paid category.

Guidelines for Non-commercial photography (Prewedding/ portfolio shoot)

Non-commercial photo and video shoots are permitted in the Park for a one-time charge. A non -commercial shoot is usually a pre-wedding, post-wedding, baby shower or a portfolio shoot. The cost is Rs 5900 (inclusive of 18% GST) for 4 hours on a single day for a maximum of 5 persons including the crew members.
Government Sunder Nursery Management Trust (GSNMT) reserves the right to take necessary action and impose additional costs if it is discerned that the photographic project is in any manner commercial in nature.
The photo or video shoot will be completed within four hours in a single day, and no more than five team members (including the technical crew) will be present during the shoot.
The photographer also has to assure GSNMT that no shoot will take place in the flower beds, water-ways and atop heritage buildings and platforms and ensure that the green spaces and heritage buildings are preserved and no part of the Park is damaged in any manner.

Guidelines for commercial photography

No shooting allowed inside the monument, the monuments platform/s, flower beds, and inside water bodies.
Crew members and staff should not be more than 20 in number.
Crew members need to follow all Covid-19 precautions as per MHA’s guidelines.
Copy of permission from the local authorities needs to be submitted at least 12 hours before the shoot.
Commercial shoot charges are Rs.1,18,000/- (inclusive of GST) per shoot /per day.
In addition to the shoot charges, it is mandatory for the organizers to deposit a refundable security amount of Rs.50,000/- .GSNMT reserves the right to deduct from the security amount, if they find that the site has suffered a damage on account of the shoot.
No vanity van and other commercial vehicles like tempo, tempo traveler/commercial vehicles allowed inside the Sunder Nursery on weekends and gazetted holidays.
Parking charges are applicable on each vehicle as per the rules of the GSNMT.
Photo/ video shoots are not allowed during peak hours on weekends.
Drones are not allowed in Sunder Nursery Park.
Sunder Nursery is a public park; organizers are required to respect that and all the visitors at Sunder Nursery Park. Cordoning off any area is not permitted for the shoot; organizers are required to do their shoot in the available location at Sunder Nursery Park.
No pre-setups are allowed for any shoot.
Projection of lights on any monument is not permitted.

Photography Guidelines for Youtubers/Bloggers/Influencers

Prior permission from the management via email.
Youtubers/Bloggers/Influencers should have minimum 15k followers or subscribers aligned with the content required for the marketing of Sunder Nursery.
The photo or video shoot will be completed within four hours in a single day, and no more than five team members will be present during the shoot.
DSLR photography and the use of a tripod is allowed in Sunder Nursery. However, any other prop, change of clothes will place it under the paid category and the relevant charge will apply.
