By Road: The park is easily accessible from the Mathura Road and is located opposite the Humayun’s Tomb Complex and near the Nizamuddin Police Station.

By Delhi Metro: Sunder Nursery Park is two to three kilometers from Delhi Metro stations.

- Blue Line: Supreme Court Station (formerly called the Pragati Maidan station)
There are short trip autorickshaws available from all these stations, which can be used to reach Sunder Nursery.

In the summer, every Sunday from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m.
In the winter, every Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Is it permissible to bring food inside the Sunder Nursery?
Picnics are permitted in Sunder Nursery as long as no trash is left behind.
Is Sunder Nursery wheelchair-accessible?
Sunder Nursery is entirely wheelchair accessible, except for the wilderness zone and the lower plinth surrounding the world heritage monuments.

Yes, wheelchairs are available at the ticket counter at no cost upon submission of original valid ID proof.
Are pets allowed in the park?
Pets on leashes are permitted if the owner is willing to clean up after them.

Sunder Nursery Park does not offer any special discounts or concessions to NGO, college, or school students.
What is the procedure for purchasing plants from Sunder Nursery?
Sunder Nursery Park is developed and managed by the Aga Khan Trust for Culture. However, CPWD sells plants at Sunder Nursery from 9.30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Saturday. The CPWD sales counter number is 011-21420931.
Is it required to pay an admission ticket and parking in order to purchase plants?
Yes, however, purchasing plants worth Rs 500 within two hours of entry will result in a refund of parking charges.
